Lance Drug Pedaler Armstrong

Lance Armstrong should compete in the 2021 Tour de France as a transcyclist, identifying as a drug pedaler.
In 2012, Lance was backed into a corner by the wokeless International Cycling Union (French: Union Cycliste Internationale, UCI). Having been ruled out as a bike pedaler due to his alleged use of drugs and given the fact drug peddling is lawfully illegal; his only valid option by which to return to the saddle would be to claim he is a transcyclist, identifying as a drug pedaler. Drug Pedaler is a legitimate cycler-neutral identity; it is neither bike pedaler nor drug peddler.
The Biden administration should bring the full force of its electoral mandate to the table and announce sanctions against the UCI, require that they reinstate Armstrong’s 7 Tour de France medals and block the route of the 2021 Tour de France with 24,000 U.S. National Guard troops if the UCI chooses not to conform to its demands.
If Joe Biden has no problem with transporting presidential election ballots from Lancaster to Pennsylvania and relies on cycling ballots through tabulators multiple times, he should welcome the opportunity to back an Armstrong effort to cycle around Lanester, France on stage 3 before cycling multiple times on the remaining stages, right?
