What happened to citizen No. —4159653?

It was spooky. We were enjoying ourselves, minding our own business while dining outside for lunch. He mentioned he hadn’t tasted food or smelled anything since January. As soon as he did, a drone swooped in, injected him with something, and he fell over, unconscious.
