Plumbers Sent To Oversee Leakproof Pipeline Construction

Biden sends State Farm Arena plumbers to the Keystone XL Pipeline to oversee and ensure its leakproof construction as he reverses his prior decision that nixed the pipeline permit via one of his early executive orders. He is authorizing the sending of workers from Fulton County, Georgia to work on Keystone XL via his Executive Order PLEASED-11-3-20, (Pipe Leak Election Action Supplements Enumeration Dump Nov 3 2020).
Biden is able to prioritize the sending of workers from Georgia’s Local Union 70 ahead of rehiring the recently furloughed Keystone pipeline work force because the Union 70 workers are enrolled in the United Association of Plumbers & Pipefitters of North America & Canada, which happens to be the only union designated in an earlier, Biden issued executive order, Executive Order IRAB-2021 (Infrastructure Reorganization Awards & Benefits 2021).
Does this mean Biden is really on board with completing the pipeline that will employ upwards of 11,000 workers or is this a ruse to simply reward his Georgia Commode Cavalry for plumbin’ to the rescue? No one can say for sure, but this sure looks like it has all the markings of a strain the drain intervention, a direct assault on any gains garnered from Trump’s populist ventures into draining the swamp.
